Das neue Album der süddeutschen Heavy Metaller vom Stormhunter wird auf den Namen "Best Before: Death" hören und am 21. März erscheinen! Aufgenommen und produziert wurde der Longplayer in den Iguana Studios unter der Leitung von Christoph Brandes, während Timon Kokott das Ganze mit einem Artwork versehen hat. Den ersten Blick aufs Cover findet ihr anbei. "Best Before: Death" wird von der Band als bisher "persönlichstes Album" bezeichnet da verschiedene Erfahrungen aus dem Bandumfeld mit in die Arbeit eingeflossen sind. Bei den 11 neuen Tracks (inkl. zwei Instrumentals) mit einer ausgefeilten Gitarrenarbeit und Vielseitigkeit an Melodien sollte jeder Fan des klassischen "German Heavy Metal" auf seine Kosten kommen. Eine erste Kostprobe gibts schon bald, die nächsten Livedaten der Band findet ihr anbei.

The new album from the southern German heavy metallers Stormhunter will be called "Best Before: Death" and will be released on March 21st! The longplayer was recorded and produced at Iguana Studios under the direction of Christoph Brandes, while Timon Kokott provided the artwork. The first look at the cover is enclosed. "Best Before: Death" is described by the band as their "most personal album" to date, as various experiences from the band's environment have been incorporated into the work. The 11 new tracks (incl. two instrumentals) with sophisticated guitar work and a variety of melodies should satisfy every fan of classic "German Heavy Metal". Die Geschichte der deutschen Heavy Metaller Stormhunter reicht bis ins Jahr 1998. Nach den zuletzt beiden EPs "Ready For Bording" (2020) und "Strangle With Care" (2022) ist die Zeit reif für den vierten Longplayer des Quintetts. Hierfür hat die Band dieser Tage bei MDD Records unterschrieben um im Frühjahr 2024 das neue Album auf die Menschheit loszulassen! Zu diesem Zweck wurden 11 Tracks in den Iguana Studios unter der Leitung von Christoph Brandes eingespielt, welche das Herz eines jeden Heavy Metal Jüngers höher schlagen lassen sollten. The history of German heavy metallers Stormhunter goes back to 1998. After the last two EPs "Ready For Bording" (2020) and "Strangle With Care" (2022), the time has come for the quintet's fourth full-length album. The band recently signed with MDD Records to release the new one in spring 2024!
